The Princess of Mages

I kind of had a horrible experience with working on this… just when I was about to be finished, I accidently saved the gimp file with all the separated layers with a blank canvas. But I hope with the PNG file I salvaged what I could. Anyway, I call this Princess of Mages; I am trying to illustrate my Dragon Mage OC Luciana here using her magic to summon a sort of blue smoke electrical fae thing from the fountain.
